The holiday classic soars off the screen in this Broadway Junior, 60-minute musical adaptation of the beloved television special. Filled with holiday hits like "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" and "A Holly Jolly Christmas," Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer™ JR. features all of your favorite characters including Santa and Mrs. Claus, Hermey the Elf, Bumble the Abominable Snow Monster, Clarice, Yukon Cornelius and, of course, Rudolph. It’s an adventure that teaches us that what makes you different can be what makes you special. Because of his shiny nose, Rudolph doesn't feel like he belongs in Christmastown and sets off to find a place that accepts him. Along his journey, he encounters fellow misfits, only to realize that home is where he has belonged the whole time. When a storm threatens to keep Santa's sleigh from taking flight, it's up to Rudolph to save Christmas! This captivating experience is tailored for individuals aged 7 to 13 years of age. Spaces are limited, ensuring a personalized experience for each participant. To embark on this journey, auditions are required. A registration fee of $100.00 is due. Attendance at rehearsals is crucial, ensuring the cohesiveness of the production. Rehearsals are scheduled on Tuesdays at 7:00-8:30 PM & Fridays 4:30-6:30 PM at Elite Studios. The grand performances are set for December 3rd,4th,5th & 6th at Shelley High School. There will be additional rehearsals in November which will be announced in advance, Saturdays & some extra evenings. There will be no practice on Labor Day. Attendances of rehearsals and performances are mandatory for all cast members, unless prearranged(please contact us at risingstartheatre1@gmail.com to prearrange). Leading/Principal roles necessitate a full commitment and attendance to all rehearsals. Please note that accommodating scheduling conflicts with other productions may not be feasible, please pre communicate this ASAP.
