Terms and Conditions for:
The Lightning Thief
The Percy Jackson Musical

By registering your child for our upcoming productions, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions. We apologize if this condition affects your child, but to enroll in this show, your child must be entering 8th grade this fall. We have received requests to include kids under the 8th grade, but due to the show's content and theme, we believe it's best for participants to be in the 8th grade.

Please carefully review the following guidelines: There are no refunds after enrollment, except if your child is not cast(very small chance of this, as of right now all kids that register and audition will have a part in our amazing show). If you choose to unenroll, your registration fees will be forfeited. Auditions are mandatory(please sign up for an audition slot that will be in the the welcome email after you register). All cast members are expected to attend rehearsals and performances unless prior arrangements are made. Lead roles require full attendance. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate scheduling conflicts with other productions. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we work together to create an exceptional theatrical experience for all participants.  If you have a scheduling conflict please communicate that to us prior to registering for approval.

Rehearsals will be on Monday and Tuesday evenings at Elite Studios from 6:45-8:45pm.  Some Tuesdays may not require the entire cast, we will announce that in October.  There will be at least 1 Saturday required for choreography.  Starting after Christmas break rehearsals will be every day M-Sat until the show.  The fee for participation is $275.  $50 due at registration, $150 the first day of rehearsal and $75 due before Christmas.

We have partnered with a Value Card company for kids to sell discount cards to help offset costs.  Please reach out immediately to discuss your needs so we can partner with you.  We are here to help all of our youth be able to participate in professional acting experiences.
